Hi, I’m Flo! I’m a certified Personal Trainer, but most importantly, I’ve been there. I’ve spent years struggling with binge eating, desperately trying to lose weight by starving myself and endless cardio, until I finally cracked the code.
My mission is to help you heal your relationship with food, develop healthy habits, and find yourself again.
I guide women through sustainable fat loss, binge-recovery, and strength training so they can create long-term results without restriction or overexercising. I focus on helping my clients build habits that support their health, energy, and confidence for life.
My coaching emphasizes progress over perfection and self-acceptance over rigid rules. I believe fitness should fit into your life, not control it. Together, we work toward YOUR dream body, without making your life a nightmare.
